Roy Assaf, Michael Getman and Leo Lerus come together for the project Silent Warriors, in which they reflect on the relationship between art and war. Their reflections are based on their own personal experiences, which they take as the starting points for three solos. This is the central theme for the masterclass. The participants will work with Michael Getman on a solo through specific assignments.

Teacher Michael Getman
Michael Getman was born in 1978 In Israel. After his graduation from the Bat-Dor school of Dance he joined the BatSheva Dance Company . During 1999 – 2006 Michael settled in Germany and worked with Ballet Freiburg and  choreographers such as  William Forsythe, Marguerite Donlon, Alessio Silvestrin and Orjan Andersson.  In 2005 he returned to Israel and began establishing himself as an independent Choreographer. For the past six years his works are offered in various settings and Dance Festivals.
